Each level adds spins to your weekly drop. Level 1 pays 20, level 5 pays 300, and none of them carry wagering.

How do the spins actually reach your balance?
Follow this when a code is in hand and the spins are not yet playable.
Your first minute here
Sign up with your email address, since that is what you log in with. One account per player, and a second one will be closed.
Beating the code clock
Type the code in the bonus section of your account before it lapses: the welcome offer holds spins for seven days, the deposit spin code for one.
How much do I need to pay in?
Top up NZ$15 or more with a card, Skrill aside; Skrill and Neteller deposits are cut from spin offers.
Open the right game
Load the named slot, where each spin runs at its set stake, from NZ$0.10 to NZ$0.20 depending on the offer.
Four rules that decide
Turn your spin winnings into cash
Clears up the main worry: whether spin wins can be taken out straight away.
Are spin wins real cash?
Wins from the 147 welcome spins on Juicy Fruits arrive as bonus money, so they stay inside the bonus balance until you clear the wagering.
Instant Casino one offer per player
Only one spins without deposit offer is allowed per person, household and device, and the 40 spins on Elvis Frog in Vegas follow that same limit.
Wagering deadline
Wagering on the winnings must be finished within 54 days for the welcome spins and 3 days for the 40 spins, or the balance goes.
You get a clear target to clear
Winnings carry a 25 times wagering factor on the bonus for the welcome spins, compared with 35 times the winnings for the 40 spins.

Bigger top-ups, more spins
More spins for a larger top-up
These tiers run on Sunday only, on Vegas Nights, at NZ$0.10 a spin; a bigger deposit buys more spins on that same slot.

Spins that did not show
Another bonus still running?. One bonus at a time is the rule, so a live welcome or deposit bonus can hold back a new spin set until the first is settled.
Claimed or still waiting?. Spins sit unopened until you claim them in the bonus section, so open that tab and press activate before you load any game.
Wrong game open. Each set runs on one named slot, such as the 40 spins on Elvis Frog in Vegas, so open that game and no other.
Spins past their window. Activation windows are short, one day for the 100 spins on Reactoonz, so a set left overnight expires quietly and cannot be restored.
Paid the wrong way?. Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not trigger the 147 welcome spins, so pay in by card or another listed option instead.
Instant Casino weekly tiers. Weekly VIP spins are added only when your level is reached within that week, and a quiet week means no 20 to 300 spins drop.
Instant Casino support trace. Write to live chat or [email protected] with the offer name and the time you claimed it, and the team can trace the set.
Forty spins at NZ$0.10 each land on Elvis Frog in Vegas with no payment, but the winnings cap at NZ$50 and you must verify first.

Instant Casino spins never ask you for more
Take a spin offer or leave it, then walk away whenever you like, as no spin here ever asks you to deposit again or keep playing. Set deposit limits, time-out periods and loss limits in your account first, and call Gambling Helpline New Zealand or the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand if play stops feeling light.
Deposit limits. Caps how much you can pay in over a day or a week, so the spins stay a small extra.
Time-out periods. Pauses your account for the stretch you choose, with no spins or bets running in that time.
Loss limits. Sets a ceiling on what you can lose or how long a session runs before it stops.
Instant Casino spin answers
Want the spin rules in plain words?
Nothing here is hidden behind small print, so every answer stays short and holds.
accountWhat if I want a bigger stake on the spin?+
You cannot change it. Every spin runs at the value fixed for that offer, on the named slot only, so the figures stay as listed. Raising your own bet on the slot does not raise the spin prize.
accountWhat if I want spins with no wagering at all?+
One offer gives you that: on a Wednesday, deposit NZ$20 or more and take thirty spins at NZ$0.10 on Aztec Gems with wagering set at zero. Your winnings from those spins are ready once verification is done, so nothing has to be played through.
accountDo I need to pick between the no-deposit and welcome spins?+
You can take both. The forty spins from code VIVAGIFT40 carry no deposit and wait for you first, and the 147 welcome spins come with your opening deposit and code JOIN165. Two separate lots, each with its own wagering.
accountCan I withdraw what the spins win?+
Yes, once wagering is met and your documents are confirmed. Until then the winnings sit as bonus money, and the no-deposit batch caps a cash-out at NZ$50. Verification is asked for as part of that process.
accountDo I need a New Zealand licence to trust the payout?+
No local licence is involved. Instant Casino LLC holds licence ALSI-608204 from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, and the games are tested by GLI, SIQ and BMM Testlabs. Your winnings still land in NZ$.
accountWhy do the spins look fine on my phone?+
They are built to open in a mobile browser, so the same spins, slots and balance appear without any download. Log in with your email address on the handset and the wheel section sits where it does on a desktop.
