Your Android phone asks once before the file installs
This clears up the permission prompt that stops most Android installs before they start.
The 47 MB file on screen
A browser notification appears at the bottom of the screen showing the file name and its 47 MB size. Let the download finish before you tap anything, because a half-saved file will not open.
Why does it ask for permission?
A grey warning panel opens with a settings link, saying your browser may not install unknown apps. Tap the link, choose your browser from the list and switch the permission on for this one install.
Before the permission, after the icon
Back on the download page, an install button sits next to the file name; tap it and confirm. The progress bar runs for a few seconds, then the Instant Casino icon lands on your home screen.
Old account, new app
Tapping that icon opens a sign-in screen with the same email address and password you already use in the browser. Your balance and bonus carry over untouched, so nothing needs setting up again.
Four fixes
The install that will not finish
For the moment an install stalls, an old copy reopens or the sign-in screen loops back.
Still the old screen?
A half-finished update leaves the previous copy in charge, so the icon opens the same old screens. Check the version line: 4.8.2 means current, anything lower means the update never landed.
Remove the app, then install the 47 MB file again
Open the source named in app_specs and press Update
Instant Casino keeps saying no
Typing rather than pasting the address is the usual culprit, and the screen simply returns the same notice. The registered email address is the only identifier the app accepts for sign-in.
Use the same email as the browser session
Order a reset link through the sign-in screen
Why is the install blocked?
Android refuses files from a source it does not recognise until you allow it once, and the install simply stops with a warning you may have swiped away.
Allow installs from that source in phone settings
Reopen the 47 MB file and confirm the prompt
Instant Casino downloads that stall
A weak signal or a locked screen halfway through leaves a partial file that will not open. The bar freezes well short of full, and tapping it again does nothing.
Stay on Wi-Fi until 47 MB finishes
Delete the partial file before retrying
Getting set up on iPhone
An iPhone home screen icon, ready in minutes
It answers the worry that iPhone players are left out, whether the store has the app or not.
Store page, or site in Safari
Safari opens on the App Store page, where the listing shows version 4.8.2, a 4.6 rating and October 2026 as the update month. Check the developer name matches before you tap anything.
While the circle fills
A blue Get button confirms with your Apple account, then a circle fills as the 47 MB lands. Keep the phone awake and on Wi-Fi, since the screen locking can pause a slow download.
Tap the share icon first
If the store has no listing in your region, open the casino site in Safari and tap the share icon in the toolbar, then pick Add to Home Screen. Name the shortcut and confirm.
Instant Casino keeps your history
The new icon opens a full-screen view with your usual email sign-in waiting. Logging in once keeps wallet, limits and history in step across the app, Safari and your desktop.

Set your limits before you sign in
Every limit you set on the website holds inside the app as well, and you change it in the same place. If play stops feeling like a choice, Gambling Helpline New Zealand, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and Lifeline Aotearoa all take calls from players here.
Self-exclusion. Blocks your account from play for the period you choose, on the app and in the browser alike.
Loss limits. Caps how much you can lose in a set window, so the app stops you once you reach it.
Time-out periods. Pauses your play for a shorter stretch when you want to step back without closing anything.
Android builds come from Google Play and iPhone builds from the App Store, each 47 MB and free.

See what the installed version adds
Sets out the four things the installed version gives you that a saved page cannot.
Help without leaving
Live chat, email on [email protected] and a phone line all sit behind one menu, with staff answering round the clock, so a stuck withdrawal is settled in the app.
Instant Casino sign-in once
One email address and one password open the same balance whether you start on the phone, a tablet or a laptop. Nothing to set up twice.
Every provider, every game
All 3,141 games sit in the installed version, spread across 34 providers, with live dealers and instant bets beside the slots, all on the home screen.
Deposit on the train
Visa, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the rest of the ten listed methods pay in and out inside the app, with NZ$15 to start and cashouts landing in about 25 minutes.
A newer version in, an unused app out
Open the store listing that installed the app
Tap the update button beside version 4.8.2
Launch it and sign in with your email address
Long-press the app icon on your home screen
Choose uninstall or remove from the menu
Clear the download folder by hand if needed
Six things players ask
Instant Casino answers the app questions
Keep this open when a phone asks something you did not expect mid-install.
accountWhat if I already have a casino account and install the app?+
One sign-in covers every surface. The email address tied to your existing profile unlocks the app, the mobile browser and the web app all at once, and your balance and history follow you across them. You never need a second registration.
accountWhere do I see how much space the app takes?+
Both the Android build and the iPhone build sit at 47 MB. That is small enough to download over mobile data without eating much of your plan, and it leaves your photos and other apps untouched.
accountWhen can I use the app on my iPad or tablet?+
The same 4.8.2 build runs on any iPad or tablet that meets the system requirement for its platform. Once the icon lands on the home screen, the layout stretches to the wider display, and you sign in with the same email.
accountWhy doesn't my welcome offer show up in the app?+
Your welcome offer lives on the account, not on one device, so it is waiting for you in the app too. Claim it wherever you first sign in, then the bonus balance travels with the same login across phone and browser.
accountWhere do I find the licence number for the app?+
The licence comes from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority under ALSI-608204. That number sits with the operator details, so you can match it against the regulator's own record before you install anything.
accountWhat happens when I turn off app notifications?+
Turning notifications off mutes the alerts only. Bets you place, deposits you make and messages from support all still arrive in your account; you simply stop getting the phone's pop-up nudges until you switch them back on.
