Check these four before you accept anything

Straight talk, in our brisk style, about the fine print that has caught plenty of players.

Watch the 54 days run
Your 54-day window can run out while the wagering is still unfinished, and whatever is left is wiped when it closes.
Check the expiry on day one and plan play.
Clear the bulk of wagering early, not last week.
Get verified before cashing out
A withdrawal request stalls when your documents are missing, and the 57-hour check only starts once proof is in.
Upload proof of identity, address, payment method.
Send documents long before you first cash out.
Instant Casino closes doubles
Chasing a second welcome deal with a fresh account breaks our one-account rule, and duplicate accounts will be closed.
Keep to the single account you registered.
Ask support about offers instead of reregistering.
Did you activate first?
Depositing before the offer is selected leaves the match unapplied, because the bonus only attaches once it is active.
Activate the welcome deal first.
Confirm it shows before you top up.

Clear answers, no guesswork

Check the answers before you claim

Instant Casino keeps answers short: what you see on screen is what applies.

accountHow long do I have to claim on my phone?+
Screen size changes nothing. The welcome match, the 147 spins and the 25× wagering run the same on a phone as on a laptop, and the 54-day clock starts at deposit, not at download.
accountWhat if I skip the welcome match entirely?+
Declining the match leaves your balance clean: no wagering sits on your own money and a win can be withdrawn without playthrough. Only take the match when you plan to clear 25× within 54 days.
accountWhat happens when I already have an account?+
Log in and the lobby shows what is live that week: the 16% weekly return and any daily spin drops. Tier cashback lands on your account once you pass the wagering thresholds at Silver, Gold or VIP.
accountWhere does the cashback show after wagering?+
Bonus winnings reach your wallet once the 25× is cleared and identity checks are done. Expect the 25-minute payout window after approval, with NZ$59,000 as the ceiling on a single withdrawal.
accountCan I get the welcome code from support?+
Promo codes for this site, the welcome one included, all sit on the promo code page. Claim through that page before your first top-up, since a code added afterwards cannot be applied to a completed deposit.
accountCan I check the licence behind this site?+
Play is run by Instant Casino LLC of Hombo Road, Mutsamudu, under Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence ALSI-608204, company number 668849. New Zealand law still applies to you, including the 18+ age rule.

Instant Casino sign-up details
Fill in your name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your ID, because a mismatch is the usual reason a payout stalls at verification.
Before a deposit, after a top-up
Fund the account with at least NZ$15, using Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, POLi or another method on the cashier page.
Claim it at checkout
Pick the welcome offer on your first deposit before you confirm it, since a payment sent without it selected usually arrives plain.
Your 54-day clock
Play through 25× the bonus within 54 days, keeping an eye on the timer rather than the balance, and clear it before the window shuts.
